TBI India is official partner of ICEMC2 2008 for travel and accomodation facilities booking.

They have a web gateway for all the participants requirements for Hotel accomodation, travel, visa booking: http://www.tbimice.com/icemc2_2008/index.htm

 

At Infosys Mysore, the on campus accomodation is available but is very much limited. Also due to their training program requirements, these rooms may be booked in advance. The cost of the rooms is around Rs 1000 per person per room on twin shared basis. The participants can enquire about the room availability when they arrive at the Infosys campus.

Upadated list of Registered Participants as on 18th July 2008 is made available online.

Two tutorials are planned on 11th August 2008. The Registration for tutorials is separately done. The tutorial brochure giving details of the topics and speakers with registration form can be downloaded here.

Prof Nalin Sharda will be conducting a workshop at ICEMC2 2008 on " Creative and Innovative Solutions" on 11th August 2008. A brochure giving details of the workshop is made available. Registration for this workshop is separately done and a form is enclosed in the workshop brochure.

The detailed advance program is made available online. The program brochure presents the key note lecture abstracts, Research paper presentation schedule, tutorial topics, panel discussion topic, etc. It can be accessed by clicking here : Advance program  The proceedings content is now being transferred to the publisher.

The list of Selected papers with session details are now published.

The authors are requested to submit their final papers by 15th May 2008. The authors need to also submit the brief biographies and Send the duly signed copyright and consent to publish forms.

Review comments will be emailed separately. Selected authors should also register for participation in the Conference.

The Paper submission is closed now. We thank all the authors for showing interest  in ICEMC2 2008 and submitting their papers for review. We have received close to 150 research papers. The review process will start now and we will inform the authors of review status by 30th April 2008.
