• Prof Kumar, will be presenting a paper entitled "A Skit based Approach to Teaching Web Protocols" at NCIS 2010, Manipal during April 23-24, 2010.
• Prof Kumar will be presented a paper entitled "Programming Quotient: An Effective Metric for Software Engineer's Programming Skills" at International conferenceon Mathematics and Computer Science (ICMCS 2010 ) held during Feb 5-6, 2010 at Layola College, Chennai.
• Prof Suthikshn kumar's paper entitled "Sensor Networks for Measurement of Acoustic Parameters for Classrooms" has been selected for the presentation atAES 128th Convention to be held in London ( UK) during May 22-25, 2010. This is the third consecutive paper being accepted for presentation at AES convention.
• Prof Kumar, was invited to chair a technical paper session at NCCT 2010 held at RVCEduring 22-23rd, Jan 2010. NCCT 2010 was co-sponsored by Infosys, Wipro, ISRO, Unisys, VTU.
• Prof Suthikshn Kumar won an IEEE Computer Society TCPP Subcommittee on Reconfigurable Computing Travel Award for his invited Paper presentation "Reconfigurable Computing for Micromouse" presented at RCW'09 held along with HiPC 2009 Cochin.
• Prof Suthikshn Kumar authored a paper entitled "ASPARAGUS: Autonomous Robotic Explorer for Acoustic Measurement of Classrooms and Seminar halls” . This paper has been accepted for presentation at the AES 127th Convention in New York, October 9¬12, 2009.
